The Inspiration

The Good-luck Duck began as a moment of curiosity during a trip to Japan. A simple rubber duck spotted in the wild that felt oddly meaningful. Was it a sign? A guardian? A tiny yellow prophet delivering reassurance from the universe?

After experiencing one of the most difficult periods of my life in 2024, I gained a deeper appreciation for the comfort, peace, and meaning that our surroundings can bring. Following a serious bus accident, two strokes, and the heartbreaking loss of my niece, I came to understand how important it is to be surrounded by things that remind us of beauty, hope, connection, and the moments that matter most.
