Thank you for shopping with Ellena Jade Creative (“EJC”). We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

 

1. Processing Times

Processing times vary by item. Please check the individual product page for detailed information.

Typical processing estimates:

  • Made-to-Order Paper Art Prints: 3–5 business days
  • Made-to-Order Canvas Art Prints: 15–20 business days
  • Made-to-Order T-shirts: 10 business days
  • Handmade items & Mini Prints: 1-2 business days

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times will also be displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Regular Australia Post: 2–12 business days
  • Express Australia Post: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

 

4. Shipping Locations

EJC currently ships to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • USA & Canada
  • UK & Ireland

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@ellenajade.com to discuss possible shipping options.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • EJC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
EJC is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages resulting from address errors made by the customer

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@ellenajade.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While EJC takes great care in packaging your items, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact contact@ellenajade.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

 

8. Multiple Orders

Estimated production timelines will be listed on each product page. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately as soon as each one is ready.
