All digital product sales are final, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable files
- Digital resources
Because digital items are instantly accessible, EJC cannot offer refunds once the purchase is completed.
4. Services
All service sales are final, including but not limited to:
- Photo editing services
- Digital content creation
If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please contact contact@ellenajade.com. Ellena will work with you to address your concerns and ensure a positive outcome where possible.
5. Exceptions (Damaged or Faulty Items)
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a quality issue, please contact contact@ellenajade.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help resolve the issue promptly, include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Your order number
EJC will review the information and assist you as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order and shipping details carefully before finalising payment.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using a digital product, please contact contact@ellenajade.com within 7 days of purchase. EJC will make every effort to resolve the issue and ensure you can access the product as intended.
