    Submit your commission application with your preferred size, wall dimensions, and creative vision.

    Communication & Concept

    We'll discuss your goals, colour palette, mood, and interior style. You'll receive a custom concept sketch and room visualization. For record-keeping and clarity, all commission consultations are handled via email.

    Creation

    Your painting is professionally created by hand, with progress updates provided throughout the process.

    Framing & Approval

    The completed artwork is framed, photographed, and presented for your final approval.

    Delivery

    Your finished original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped fully insured to your home.

Flexible Payment Schedule

To make the process manageable, payments are divided into three milestones:

  • 50% Retainer

    Secure your commission slot and commence project preparation. This is non-refundable.

  • 25% Framing Payment

    Due once the artwork is completed and enters framing.

  • 25% Final Balance

    Due following approval of the completed framed artwork before dispatch.

How many commissions do you accept each quarter?

Only a limited number of projects are accepted each quarter to ensure every client receives a highly personal experience.

Why do you handle consultations via email?

All commission project discussions, and approval requests are conducted via email. This ensures that both the client and artist have a written record of all details, references, revisions, deadlines, and agreements.

If you contact me through social media or messaging apps, I may direct you to email before discussing commission details.

Can you help choose the right size?

Absolutely. Simply provide your wall measurements and a room photograph, and I'll guide you toward the most suitable dimensions.

Can I request changes?

Yes. One concept revision and up to two minor in-progress adjustments are included.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. All artworks are professionally packaged and shipped fully insured. Delivery is FREE Australia-wide.

What happens if all commission slots are filled?

Applications received after capacity is reached will be offered priority consideration for the next commission opening.
